Jim Quagliaroli

Chairman
Jim is a Managing Director at Spectrum Equity. Current and past directorships include Bug Music (acquired by KKR/BMG Rights Management), Extreme Reach, HealthMEDX, Jagex, Net Health, Passport Health Communications, and NEP (acquired by American Securities Capital Partners). Jim began his private equity career in 1997 and joined Spectrum Equity in 2002.

Patrick Cline

Board Director
Patrick served as the President and Chief Strategy Officer of Quality Systems Inc. (QSI), a company which develops and markets computer-based practice management and electronic health records, from November 2009 to December 2011. In this role, he was responsible for the operation of all of the company’s business units. Previously he served as president of the company’s NextGen Healthcare unit after co-founding its predecessor company in 1994. He also served as a member of QSI’s board of directors from May 2005 to December 2011 and as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Quality Systems from April 2000 to July 2000. Cline started his healthcare IT career in 1981 and has more than three decades of senior-level management experience.

Jeffrey C. Haywood

Jeff is a Vice President at Spectrum Equity, a private equity firm focused on investing in growth companies leading the information economy. In addition to his role on the Board of Net Health, he is currently involved with the firm’s investments in HealthMEDX, LLC and Passport Health Communications. Jeff joined Spectrum in 2007, having previously worked at Thoma Cressey Equity Partners and Goldman Sachs & Co.

Ruben Jose King-Shaw Jr.

Board Director
Ruben is Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Mansa Capital Management, LLC (www.mansacapital.com) a health care private equity investment firm with offices in Boston, MA; New York, NY and Miami, FL. The firm specializes in early stage growth companies in the health care services and health care information technology sectors as they prepare for expansion, acquisition, privatization or IPO. In that capacity, Ruben sits on the Board of Directors of some of the firm’s portfolio investments, including athenahealth, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATHN) where Ruben serves as Lead Director and Steward Health Care LLC (in partnership with Cerberus Capital Management) where he serves on the Executive Committee and chairs the Compliance Committee.

Ruben remains active in public service. From 2009 to 2012, Ruben served on the Obama Administration’s Medicare’s Program Advisory and Oversight Commission which was charged with reforming how the Medicare program procures specific products and services using value-based strategies. Ruben was elected to the Cornell University Board of Trustees in May of 2011 and has served on the University of Massachusetts Board of Trustees since September of 2005. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the UMass Board. Since 2005, Ruben has served on the Abbott Laboratories Health Strategy and Policy Board. New York State Governor Pataki appointed Ruben to the Commission on Health Care Facilities in the 21st Century in 2005.

Ruben has an extensive expertise in health policy, economics and finance. He was the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services from 2001 through 2003. Ruben was also Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Treasury where he led the Administration’s Health Coverage Tax Credit policies to finance health insurance for the uninsured. Ruben was a major spokesperson and policy advisor for the Administration on the topics of Medicare and Medicaid reform, home and community-based health care programs, long term care, prescription drug policy, chronic care management, health care tax policy, health care disparities and commercial insurance market reform.
