Anthony Sanzo

CEO and Board Director
A healthcare executive for over 30 years, Mr. Sanzo brings a solid understanding of the operational challenges faced by healthcare providers. He held executive positions for two major academic medical centers and served as the Chief Executive Officer for a one billion dollar enterprise for over a decade.

Mr. Sanzo joined the Net Health board in 2000 and served as a director for six months before being elected Chairman. In that position, he led Net Health through a major reorganization through which Net Health redefined its mission and initiated a plan to focus on the wound care market. Over the next decade, leveraging the strength of its two executives, Patrick Colletti and Christopher Hayes, Net Health has grown to become the industry-leading provider of electronic clinical information systems and support for the wound care industry.

Prior to joining Net Health, Mr. Sanzo served as the CEO for TeleTracking Technologies, a company he joined in late 2001. During his tenure, TeleTracking grew by more than 20x when measured by revenue, 17x when measured by EBITDA. and 5x when measured by market penetration. The company evolved from a workflow automation startup focusing on hospital support services to the world market and innovation leader in patient flow automation, capacity management and related operations improvements. With more than 800 clients in four countries, TeleTracking grew to become the biggest name in the market it defined. Mr. Sanzo also led the effort to acquire new technologies enabling an expansion into the Real-Time Location Systems Market providing for years of additional growth and expansion.

Prior to joining TeleTracking, he co-founded two healthcare consulting companies, Ethos Capital, LLC, and Transition Management Group. Mr. Sanzo is a graduate of Allegheny College and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Patrick Colletti

President and Board Director
Patrick directs and executes business strategy for Net Health, with direct oversight for sales, marketing, and administration. Patrick’s association with Net Health began in a consultant role during the company’s start-up phase; in 2001 he was named President, and became a board director in 2002. Patrick’s previous experience includes serving as director of sales for Dorland’s Data Networks and American Lawyer Media, where he was part of the team that launched the online marketplace and content portal LAW.com. He has also been an Associate Professor of Marketing at Point Park University. Patrick currently sits on the boards of PHTC Services and Serving Leaders, and previously served on the boards of the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship and MoGoes. He, along with Vice President Chris Hayes, won the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2010. Patrick holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business and Philosophy from Muskingum University.

Christopher Hayes

Chief Technology Officer and Board Director
Chris oversees software engineering, client services, and quality assurance for Net Health. Under his leadership, the company’s product focus has broadened from decision support tools to fully capable electronic medical record software and products to serve the broader wound and skin care related markets. He was named a board director for Net Health in 2009. Prior to joining Net Health, Chris held a number of operations and development positions. He is actively on the Board of Directors and Scholarship Board for the Delta Alpha chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. In 2010, along with President Patrick Colletti, he won the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Decision Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.

Patrick Rooney

Chief Financial Officer
Patrick oversees corporate accounting and finance operations, with a focus on strategic growth opportunities. He brings over 20 years of expansive professional experience to Net Health, having previously served in a consulting role with a large, publicly traded company performing acquisition integration services. He has served as CFO of a start-up in the solar energy industry, where he was part of the executive team effort of raising over $150 million in funding. Mr. Rooney began his career at Deloitte, one of the largest professional services firms in the world, where he had numerous leadership roles as a Partner.

Patrick is a CPA and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University.

Cathy Thomas Hess, BSN, RN, CWOCN

Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer
Cathy oversees clinical and professional services for Net Health. Cathy gained expertise in various acute care, long-term care, sub-acute care facilities, home-health agencies, and outpatient wound care department settings. With over 25 years of experience in Wound Care, she's been engaged to share her command of knowledge in the industry with manufacturers (including biotechnology firms), product suppliers, insurers, law firms, and governmental agencies. She is the author of The Clinical Wound Manager™ Manual Series, Clinical Guide to Skin and Wound Care – Seventh Edition (also translated into Italian and Portuguese). She is the creator of both the Wound Care Strategies (WCS) Documentation System and TPS EMR. Cathy serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for Advances in Skin and Wound Care, authoring the monthly "Practice Points" column, as well as the board of Today's Wound Clinic. She is an expert witness for the Office of the Inspector General, past Board Member and Marketing Chair for the Wound, Continence, and Ostomy Certification Board, has appeared in several educational videos, authored over 100 journal articles, and is a sought after national and international speaker. In 2002 she was cited as one of the Best 50 Women in Business by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.

Prior to joining Net Health, Cathy founded and served as President of Wound Care Strategies, a wound care solutions and services company. Cathy is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Nursing and the Harrisburg Hospital School of Enterostomal Therapy.

Kelley Schudy

Vice President of Sales
Kelley is responsible for leading the sales team and has direct responsibility for achieving the bookings and revenue targets of Net Health with direct oversight of new business sales, client retention, and emerging market segments served by the company. He has over 20 years of healthcare experience in a broad range of roles including both direct and channel sales, strategic planning and business development. Kelley was most recently the Group Sr. Vice President of Channel Sales and Operations at Allscripts, a Chicago, IL based provider of acute and ambulatory clinical and practice management solutions, as well as a clearinghouse for clinical and financial transactions. Kelley has held previous roles at Medic Computer Systems, Misys Healthcare, NCR Corporation and McDonnell Douglas Corporation. Kelley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from the University of Missouri.

Jason Baim

Vice President of Corporate Development
Jason is responsible for new business development including Net Health’s Connections business for wound product suppliers, data and analytics, and emerging markets. Jason has over 18 years of experience in a broad range of product management, product marketing, strategic planning and business development roles with emerging and established healthcare software, enterprise software, storage and networking equipment companies. Jason has particular expertise in the areas of launching new technologies and products to market, including business formation, product introduction, technology licensing and go-to-market strategies. He has significant experience in mergers, acquisitions and technology licensing, and has led or supported over a dozen transactions and post-merger/acquisition integration efforts. Jason was most recently the Vice President of Product Management at TeleTracking Technologies, a Pittsburgh, PA-based provider of patient flow and capacity management solutions for hospitals. Jason also served as the Managing Director of TeleTracking’s Business Analytics Division. Prior to TeleTracking, Jason held senior product management and strategic planning roles at EMC Corporation (Hopkinton, MA), and Lucent Technologies (Raleigh, NC), and held marketing, sales and business development positions at FTP Software (Andover, MA). Jason has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Wesleyan University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Dana Bethune

Director of Net Health Life (Human Resources)
Dana is responsible for all Human Resource functions at Net Health, including recruiting, benefits administration, and culture building activities. She previously held roles as marketing manager and office manager for the organization. Prior to joining Net Health, Dana was marketing manager for True Commerce, a premier EDI (electronic data interchange) software provider based in Pittsburgh. She also has experience in career services at the University of Pittsburgh, as well as accounting and human resources experience at Charter Communications. Dana received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Bursich

Director of Sales
Mike is responsible for new business prospect qualification, pipeline development, and management of the Net Health direct sales team. Mike has extensive experience across the healthcare and information technology sector. In addition to work flow management and informatics services, he has broad sales and services experience with electronic data interchange, financial advisory, and market-based technology solutions and services providers. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the West Virginia University.

Sheila Cougras, RN, BSN, CWCN

Director of Education and Implementation
Sheila’s multi-faceted role spans clinical, regulatory standards compliance, and quality, including quality assurance and quality standards for the clinical and reimbursement portions of the WoundExpert software. Prior to joining Net Health, Sheila held many leadership roles in healthcare, most recently as regional director of clinical operations for a national wound management company. She has also served as a wound care nurse manager and program director, and director of surgery and perioperative services at a Level 1 trauma hospital. Sheila received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the Pennsylvania State University.

Susan Lee, MS, RN, CWCN

Director of Client Operations
Susan is a Masters prepared, wound certified nurse, responsible for assuring a smooth implementation process for new Net Heath clients. She works with our Implementation Specialists and Client Services teams to tailor each client’s unique software configuration in preparation for on-site training and implementation. Prior to joining Net Health, Susan was a clinical and operations consultant for Curative. Her responsibilities included the supervision of new program startups, and ongoing support with reimbursement, regulatory, and quality compliance. She has also worked as an administrator of a home health agency.

Kyle Smith

Director of Development
Kyle leads our software engineering team and has overall responsibility for WoundExpert system architecture. Previously, he was a project manager of the ASP.NET migration and systems analyst responsible for our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) offering. Prior to joining Net Health, Kyle was a software engineer, with a broad range of experiences encompassing content management, marketing email, survey applications, e-commerce sites, distance learning, data warehousing, and mobile inventory solutions and systems. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.


Joshua Stock

Director of Customer Support
Josh is responsible for aligning client services with Net Health’s strategic initiative. In this role he has the oversight of all client support needs, including technical support, inbound client feedback, and web-based education. Prior to moving into this role, Josh spent several years as a project manager at Net Health with responsibility for the development and coordination of the company’s strategic partnerships and national accounts. He has a wide range of experience in the healthcare industry, having previously served as program coordinator for a regional healthcare provider. Josh graduated from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
